Since commencing operations in 2013, Neoscape has enjoyed a diverse range of project opportunities in different sectors including retail, commercial, industrial, residential apartments and hotels. We are pleased to profile the following samples of our recent and current projects where we have provided project management, construction management and advisory services.

Waterline Place, Williamstown

Neoscape is proud to be appointed to provide development management, project management and superintendent services to the developer, AVJennings, for the Waterline Place development in Williamstown. The Waterline Place development is located on a significant land holding of approximately 27,000 m2 within the fringe of the Williamstown town centre. The master-planned community will feature approximately 700 dwellings over fourteen different lots comprised of a mix of multi-rise residential apartments and luxury townhouses. The development includes design by renowned architects such as Elenberg Fraser, Hayball, BKK and SJB. A standout development in Williamstown, Waterline Place will be the first project of this scale in the area. 

Neoscape has now commenced work on the first multi-rise apartment building, ‘Rosny Apartments’. Rosny consists of 83 apartments over 6 levels with a single level basement. LU Simon Builders commenced construction on site in May 2016 with a completion expected in May 2017. 

Bouverie Street, Carlton

Neoscape were engaged by Branson Group to manage the delivery of this 12 storey apartment project consisting of 24 high quality apartments, 3 level basement, ground floor cafe, car stacker and all associated infrastructure and services.

McKinnon Road Townhouse Development

Designed by BG Architecture, this project for Citiplan consists of 23 high quality 2 and 3 level townhouses over a basement carpark for 47 vehicles.

Adelaide Street McKinnon Townhouse Development

Designed by BG Architecture, this project for Citiplan consists of 34 high quality 2 & 3 level townhouses over a basement carpark for 71 vehicles

Commercial Office Development, Myers Street, Geelong

Neoscape were approached by the Kings Group and Folkestone to provide Development Management and Project Management services in support of a bid to secure a cornerstone government tenant in a custom built, state of the art commercial headquarters for that organisation in Geelong. The project design by Fender Katsalidis Architects will be a state of the art A grade commercial development to a 5/6 Greenstar rating. 

High Street Commercial Development

The commercial development on High Street, Melton designed by Peddle Thorp Architects comprises almost 6000m2 of NLA, 4 Star NABERS rating, carparking for 84 vehicles, and an integrated landscape design.

Bowery Apartments

Designed by Peddle Thorp Architects, this high quality residential project for Ninety Four Feet Developers comprises two levels of basement car parking and 32 residential apartments. 

Frankie, Yarraville

Designed by Peddle Thorp Architects, this high quality residential project for Ninety Four Feet Developers comprises two levels of basement car parking and 131 residential apartments. 

Mixed Use Residential Development Bridge Road, Richmond

This mixed use project developed by Citiplan and designed by BG Architects is located in the prime location of Richmond Hill at 183-189 Bridge Road, the project consists of 2 levels of basement car parking, 4 retail tenancies on ground floor comprising of café and fashion retail opportunity, and 58 high quality apartments over 8 floors.

Mixed Use Residential Development, Riddell Parade, Elsternwick

Mixed used retail, commercial and residential project for Citiplan. Designed by award winning architect, Jackson Clements Burrows, the project involves the demolition of an existing commercial office, excavation and site retention, construction of a three level basement carpark, one level of retail and two levels of commercial office, and 54 residential apartments over seven levels.

Mixed Use Residential Development, Martin Street, Brighton

Mixed used retail, commercial and residential project for Citiplan. Designed by BG Architects, the project involves the demolition of an existing commercial office, excavation and site retention, construction of a two level basement carpark, one level of retail/commercial office, and 51 residential apartments over four levels.

Aloft Hotel Development, Pitt Street, Sydney

Conversion of old timber framed light bulb factory into a 16 level, 136 room, into a Starwood, Aloft Hotel in the heart of Sydney CBD for Ninety Four Feet Developers. Designed by Scott Carver Architects, with interior design by Opera Studio Design, the project involves the addition of 10 new floors onto an existing timber framed building, conversion of the existing structure to accommodate hotel suites, light voids, lift/stair core and infrastructure requirements, complete envelope and fitout to provide a new hotel of the highest level of quality and style. 

The Spice Apartments, Truganini Road, Carnegie

The Spice Apartments project involves the demolition of the existing residencies at 93, 95  & 97 Truganini Road to make way for the construction of a new residential development consisting of 28 apartments and one level of basement car parking.

Located just minutes away from the heart of the Carnegie shopping precinct, each of the 28 boutique apartments features two bedroom & two bathrooms, as well as a private courtyard or open air balcony.

Mixed Use Development, 720 Bourke Street, Docklands

Mixed use development for Cbus Property with anchor tenant Medibank Private. Neoscape is responsible for the coordination/delivery of the retail precinct over an area in the order of 2000m2, located on the concourse and park level of the development.

GSK Boronia, Pilot Plant

GSK Australia displayed great initiative in adapting it's BFS technology to produce, in collaboration with GSK Belgium, vaccines in a substantially more convenient nebules form.

Neoscape were delighted to be appointed to assist GSK in the conversion of an existing pilot plant at Boronia, into a state of the art BFS filling and packaging facility, a project which included the sourcing, installation, commissioning and validation of all of the complex process equipment required.
The project was completed within record time, to an almost no float program, within  tight budget constraints.

 

 

Coles Retail Development, Surrey Hills

Proposed Coles Supermarket Development in Surrey Hills comprising of new basement carpark and supermarket including integration with existing heritage buildings. Neoscape provided construction advisory services to Coles Property in support of the design development and planning for the project.

Veolia Thermal Deabsorbtion Plant, Brooklyn

Construction of a new thermal desorption plant at Veolia's existing waste management site in Brooklyn. The project involves the demolition of existing site facilities and structures, construction of a new solid waste storage facility and all building, plant and services works required for the supply and installation of the new thermal desorption unit. Neoscape provided project management, design management and delivery services to John Beever Australia and Veolia.
