At Neoscape the success of our valued Partners is at the forefront of all we do, an approach to business enjoyed by our client Charter Hall, who we started working with 18 months ago. In that time, we’ve delivered multiple projects together, supporting the ongoing evolution and improvement of the built environment within Charter Hall assets.

Works completed include the design management, budget assessment and delivery of multi-level lobby and bathroom upgrades at 300 La Trobe Street and a partial Lobby Upgrade at 200 Queen Street. In delivery phase at 1 Nicholson Street, the team are managing entire services upgrades, amenities and lobbies of the final two floors of the building for long-standing tenant Bates Smart, as well as the entire building upgrade of the 60-year old hydraulics system.
